I’m a local Loan Officer based in the Carolinas, and I pride myself in building relationships with my clients and partners that go far beyond the closing table. From the first conversation, my goal is to truly understand my clients’ needs, wants, and goals and collaborate with them to find the loan program that best fits their unique needs. I recognize that the mortgage process is a team effort, and I pride myself in keeping communication and transparency at the forefront of all transactions. I’ve been in the industry for 6 years, and as a former teacher, I prioritize educating my clients and partners on the ins and outs of getting a mortgage that fits their needs, with a rate and loan program that meets their financial goals.
I wouldn’t be half the mortgage loan officer I am without the help of my two furry assistants, Charlee and Bleu. Charlee is an 11-year-old Belgian Malinois and is my OG loan partner. Bleu is my rambunctious 2-year-old Aussie Goldendoodle and is always on top of me when it comes to calling clients to give exciting updates throughout the loan process. You will most likely hear from them on our initial call, and while they may not be well-versed in mortgage guidelines or loan programs, they will definitely put a smile on your face!
Being in the industry for 6 years has provided me with an abundance of experience that allows me to help guide my clients in what is the most exciting and important financial decision they will make. Being a mortgage broker allows me to ensure that I do the shopping for my clients so that they don’t have to complete 10+ mortgage loan applications and speak with 10+ different lenders; I do that heavy lending so that you don’t have to! I can shop over 40 of the mortgage lenders in the industry, which allows me to ensure my clients are getting the lowest interest rates, lowest closing costs, and best loan programs in the market. I truly believe in this process and feel blessed to be able to wake up each day doing a job that I love, doing it well, and knowing that every step of the way, my client’s best interests are placed in the forefront.
